Shipping & Returns

CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We accept Master Card and Visa. We are required to verify the correct name and address on all credit card orders with the company that issued the card. All credit card orders MUST be shipped to the address that is on file.

We do not require a signature for delivery of UPS packages, unless you have requested one. In most instances, UPS will leave your package near the front door. If necessary, most companies allow you to add an alternate “Ship To” address, such as your work address, that can be verified.

SHIPPING INFO:  Rates are subject to change without notice. Orders with EXPEDITED shipping that are received by 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Ground packages will ship within 2 days of placing your order because of heavy volume due to the time of year. Orders placed between 2 and 4 PM EST can ship same day for an additional $10.00 RUSH CHARGE. This includes UPS Ground or Air shipments. You may include this option in the comments section when placing your order. Same day shipping applies to orders shipped to the billing address. UPS picks up shipments Monday thru Friday ONLY. Weekends and Holidays do not count as transit times for any shipments except Saturday Delivery designated orders. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday that does not fall under the category of Holidays. Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order. Rates apply to packages shipped within the 48 continental United States. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges apply. Heavy weight order/bulk freight items will require additional shipping costs.

RETURNS:  Any non clearance item may be returned or refunded provided it is unused, in the original packaging and is returned with 30 days of purchased. Any items that are not in new and original packaging, i.e.: plastic removed from bats will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please call for authorization before returning any merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:  Some items may not be returned or will incur a re-stocking/re-packaging fee.

USED MERCHANDISE:  Used merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless it is defective. The Athletic Connection does not sell merchandise on a trial basis. All returned items must be in new and un-used condition as it was received by us from the manufacturer.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS/SPECIAL ORDERS:  Items that have been customized/special orders - Hats, jerseys, embroidered goods, personalized gloves, etc - may not be returned for credit or exchange unless defective.
